eufy X10 Pro Omni

Was sceptical, but R2D2 (name we gave out robovac) has become a family favourite! We are usually an early adopter on all things tech, but never got round to a robo vac. We registered for the £1 to get £100 off launch price and Eufy kept us updated close to launch date. Purchased just before official launch and product arrived as promised. Took more time to unpack (great packaging!) but simple to setup app, load water & detergent (came with 2 bottles) then sent it out to scan downstairs. Had about 2 weeks now and done full downstairs mop & vac, then did some rooms as vac only, then selected some rooms to mop and vac- app very versatile. No complaints yet. Haven’t tried to map upstairs, presume you have to take vac and base station upstairs to map first, then send out to do its business which will require a return to base to offload / clean / dry mops from time to time. We saw some negative reviews that it won’t mop and vac upstairs- makes sense since machine has to return to base.

We love our X10 - no complaints apart from it doesn’t dust surfaces while it does floors - lol!!

I’m satisfied with the mopping feature however, the vacuum isn’t as good as others i’ve had for a lot less money. It misses a lot and isn't so good with edges. The camera is useless and doesn't map the room as you'd expect. Basically it's a good robot mop, nothing else to really add.

Wash’s good vacks ok but get stuck a lot.
Diserpointing it does not come with a set of spears or a cleaning fluid

But most of all very disappointing that the so called discount of 200.00
That you get because you paid a very small fee and put your name down a few months ago is bullshit as you can buy it at the same price form other sellers.
So that may mean that the 799 retail price was never a real price and the 599.00 is the real price so your 200 discount is a bit of a Bruce and marketing ploy !!!

Love it floor's so clean ever day best thing we have bought

This is my first robot vacuum cleaner. I like that it vacuums and washes well and I don’t have to touch it with my hands. Everything is controlled via the phone, the app works well. If he cleans in the dark, he has his own flashlight.
One of the inconveniences is that you need to figure out in advance where its base will be because... It takes up a lot of space, and our house has narrow passages. The only thing I don't like is how it makes a loud suction sound when it transfers dust from the vacuum cleaner to the station. And at this time the smell of dust appears.
The washing mode is excellent; the minimum dripping mode is suitable for my capricious wooden floors.
Overall I'm very pleased. I can safely shake crumbs off the table onto the floor, the vacuum cleaner will clean everything up.
